In a time of accelerating climate change, biodiversity loss, and growing pressure on natural resources, it is clear that business as usual is no longer enough. Meeting Nature offers a space to explore the deeper, often unconscious forces shaping our relationship with the living world. Through direct experience, participants reconnect with systemic awareness and reflect on leadership and community life on an interconnected planet — encountering nature not as a backdrop, but as an active, living presence of which we are a part.
The conference itself functions as a living system
Learning takes place through experience, not instruction
Nature is approached as an active participant, not a backdrop
Attention is given to conscious and unconscious dynamics
Focus on authority, boundaries, roles and task in systems
You will explore:
Your relationship with nature and natural systems
Leadership, authority and responsibility in complex contexts
Group and systemic dynamics as they emerge in the here and now
You will experience:
Experiential learning events in an outdoor setting

Time and space to integrate insights on multiple levels
Leaders and professionals working with groups or organisations

● Integration & reflection spaces: connecting insights back to your professional life
